What this service is:

This electronic notification service provides direct delivery of opinions from the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (CAFC) and the U.S. Court of International Trade (CIT). Subscribers receive daily e-mails announcing the decisions that have been handed down that day. The e-mails contain links to the full text of opinions on the Web.

Three subscription options are available:

• CAFC and CIT decisions
• CAFC decisions only
• CIT decisions only

The CAFC service includes all precedential opinions and nonprecedential patent and trademark opinions issued by the Court. The CIT service includes all opinions issued by the Court.
